Included in your payment for content services are 2 rounds of revisions / edits. Typically, the turnaround time for edits is 1-2 business days, unless the project is significantly extensive.

Are there options for expedited delivery?

While it depends on the project, typically, turnaround times are 3-5 business days for simple content services and 1-2 weeks for extensive projects. This ensures I produce quality work for you and my existing clients. Expedited delivery options may be available upon request, depending on your content needs & my availability. Granted expedited delivery of 1-3 business days incurs a fee of $25-$40.

What is your payment policy?

⁘ For one-time projects, a 50% payment is required prior to beginning work. The remainder is due upon receipt of the first draft.

⁘ Retainer & package pricing is negotiated based on the scope of your content needs during a scheduled consultation. Payment policy for packages requires a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due upon receipt of all first drafts of your content.

⁘ Payment for monthly retainers is due within the first week of the month.

⁘ Payment options include Venmo, Paypal & other options available upon inquiry.
